My wife and I moved down to Florida from Nashville. No family, no friends. He helped us find a condo to rent until we found our house (Florida Banks wanted to show a job for a year knowing we had just moved). He constantly gave us listings to view for when the time was right to buy our house. He lived over an hour away but was always ready to show us new listings we liked. We knew what community we wanted to live in and this guy kept showing us places there even though the buyers preferred cash. We looked at 9 condos (got out bid by cash on 8) in this place and we finally got the one we really wanted, we felt so bad for him but he kept working hard for us. Daniel is a great listener. After we changed our search criteria multiple times, Daniel adjusted and kept the search process moving every time. He's a friendly, even tempered, hard working guy. He definitely did the homework for us on the properties. Even after the sale, Daniel stayed engaged with the HOA, so that we could take hold of the property with as little pain as possible.. Daniel was the most fun and professional real estate agent I have worked with ever. We would joke about things like jobs or life in general. It was always a good time when we either met up or had a conversation over the phone. He was always very professional with getting the house ready for the sale. He took no B.S. from other people. We had a plan and stuck to it. But he talked to me like a friend and I appreciate that! I will definitely be hiring him in any future real estate plans I make. He was always available for my million questions I had and never seemed tired or annoyed to hear from me.
