Daniel is very responsive to texts/emails and on the ball when it comes to making sure everything is well-prepared for getting top dollar for your home. I could tell he wanted me to have the most successful house sale and wasn't just trying to get it sold ASAP for ease on his end. We were working with him from afar, and he is very easy to communicate with. He even sent videos outlining his reasoning for how he valued our house. He did a much better job valuing our home than other realtors we were considering. He is also very down to earth and knows where to focus your time and energy and where it isn't worth it with regards to home improvements before the sale. His experience is very clear.
