He showed and sold us a house that was his listing. He seemed ok, but was pretty much aloof and indifferent, for instance not mentioning the toilet wasn't vented and couldn't drain right if you were using water elsewhere in the house. He also listed the house as having new floors, but upon final inspection we discovered that the floors, especially the carpeting, were worn out, stretched and saggy underneath all of the furniture. He was defensive and offered nor accepted a solution. We followed through with our purchase, but we're very disheartened, having been so taken advantage of and not wanting to be sued for backing out. To add insult to injury, he didn't thank us for the business or leave a housewarming gift.
