Dan went above and beyond to sell our home in Goodyear. He was able to sell the home quickly by his use of photography and advertising. He was a great help to us when we moved out of state before the closing. He took care of the handoff and final walk though with the new buyers. Our friends introduced us to Danial to help us with the official part (documents, closing and communication with buyer's realtor) when selling our home in Avondale, AZ in the summer of 2016.
