In the last two year's, Dani has sold 2 home's for my sibling's and myself. Very different personalities she had to deal with. She kept it positive and kept us informed. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Dani and Stephanie! Josh and I are first time homebuyers so we were very excited about going through this process together. Dani did a wonderful job of facilitating the sale of my house after I moved to another state. She was able to get it cleaned and updated, and then listed and bought, all without my there. She even assisted in the closing while I was out of the country, and made sure that the timing lined up so that I could get the final documents signed in a timely fashion. She had great knowledge about the market and the proper negotiations for offers. I would absolutely reccomend her to other sellers in the Costa Mesa area.
