Dani has been farming our community consistently for the past several years. We met her at a couple of her open houses and found her to be both professional and friendly. We could see that she knows how to stage a house and that she knows a lot about the community, probably more than we do. When it came time to sell, Dani was the only person we called. She and Stephanie came to our house with a great listing presentation and a selling strategy. We signed the listing agreement and got down to to the business of getting our house freshened up and ready for sale. We followed all of her recommendations. She was basically our contractor, getting bids and then coordinating the vendors. That really took a load off of our plate right there. And her people were all priced right and very dependable. The house hit MLS on Friday afternoon. Because of Covid, there were strict protocols that we all had to follow including showing by appointment only, a limit to how many people could be in the house at one time, masks, gloves, booties and disinfecting after each showing. Dani and Stephanie handled all of that for 2 days of showings. By the third day, we had 4 offers and a short bidding war. Dani reviewed the offers with us, answered our questions, gave us advice and listened to us. She contacted all of the agents and we ended up with the best price. Only one week elapsed between our home hitting the market and opening escrow. Dani guided us through the following steps as the buyers did their due diligence. She also kept in communication, especially toward the end. She coordinated the final cleaning and hauling of our leftovers. Selling a house is complicated on many levels and Dani performed at 110% so that we could concentrate on the the logistics of moving. Her services were worth every penny!
