We connected with Daneel almost a year prior to actually working with her and we’re so glad we did! As fate would have it, our perfect home came on the market when we weren’t actively looking. Our experience with Daneel was wonderful! She was so patient with us as we tried to figure out what we were looking for. My husband and I had the pleasure of buying and selling our homes with Daneel. This was our second time buying and first time selling.When Daneel came and viewed our house for the first time, we were nervous about what she was going to suggest to us, because we had lived there for 10 years. Our new home wasn’t even on the market, when we called her to help us make an offer. She was right there for us the day we contacted her. Daneel spent so much time dedicated to us. After a HORRIBLE realtor experience when buying our house in 2017 we were hesitant to use a realtor again to sell our house. I connected with Daneel on Instagram and from the first moment we met her she instantly eased our minds! She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and had everything we needed - she even watched our daughter for an afternoon so we could pack! We ended up selling for more than what my husband and I thought we could get! The only downside is that Daneel can’t help us find our new house in Tennessee, hopefully our next realtor will be as amazing as she is!!
