With little to no prior notice Dana was able to take me through multiple house viewings, demonstrating wonderful knowledge of the process and got me to a home that even I didn't know I wanted. When I informed Dana that I had decided against buying a home for at least the near term she was very understanding and made sure I had everything I needed in case I changed my mind in the future.
