Dana can make you more money on your home sale.

Dana's experience in the industry is incredible. She made a few suggestions about easy tweaks that could be made on the home that we were about to list for sale. The results were superb, we listed 10% higher than expected and the home sold on the first day. There were multiple offers over asking price. Thank you Dana!

Great Experience

Dana was great to work with selling my mom's villa home. She had a plan & walked us through every step of what to expect & what we should do. We sold it in one day for over ask. She was very helpful when we had questions on closing & getting the house ready to move. I would highly recommend her.

Best Agent ever!

It is without question that buying a house and moving is very stressful. Dana provided support and direction throughout the entire process and was always there to answer any questions that came up. She represented us as buyers as if it was herself buying a house. Very informative of the process.

Best of experiences!

Dana came to my interview prepared with a sound and detailed plan for a quick and profitable sale. She was clear, concise and personable. Dana was able to answer all of my questions and I stopped my search for an agent immediately. We moved quickly and her strategy paid off! 22 showings in a day and a half and several great offers to consider. Dana made the process simple and stress free. She was always available for questions and I had full confidence in her.

Selling Made Easy

Dana made the difficult selling process very easy. She walked with us through the house pointing out what to change, what to keep, and how to stage with what we had, including tips for ongoing maintenance inside and outside. Her knowledge and guidance helped us gather all the necessary documentation for the property, upgrade/repair work, warranties, appliance manuals, and utility history. When it came time to market, she setup a website for people to schedule viewings with us, eliminating miscommunication by allowing us to direcly approve times. We had 10+ showings on the first day and two great offers, one which we accepted! Dana coordinated the communications between buyers, sellers, agents, and title company such that everything went smoothly all the way through closing. I would highly recommend Dana to anyone wanting a professional, honest, knowledgable, and reliable agent to represent their interests in buying and/or selling a home. We couldn't be more pleased!!!
