While finding a house, she always made sure we were there to check the place out and no pressure if it wasn’t for us, giving advice on how to make solid offers the seller would want, but that we were also comfortable with. She made sure our purchase and sale agreements were set up properly so that the switch could happen with no risk to us. When totally unforeseen issues popped up, she was on it to clear them up ASAP.
