Dana is incredible!! We were relocating for this move, so we dealt with a realtor selling our house, Dana helped us buy our new home, and we had the realtor who was selling our new home. Dana was light-years ahead of both of those other realtors. We had difficulties multiple times with getting in contact with the person selling our house. It was extremely frustrating and the lack of communication left us in the dark. In contrast, Dana was ALWAYS attentive. Even though we were hours away and had to do most things over the phone or email, she was so attentive and always so quick to respond to us! There was even two very busy and important days during the buying process that she was traveling. I'm telling you, Dana really goes to bat for her clients. She was working on paperwork for us during her plane flights, and would give us updates at each layover. She is a Rockstar and went above and beyond for us! She made us feel so taken care of, and that was a huge relief since the realtor selling our house was inexperienced and again - horrible communication.
