About Dana

Accomplishments: Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Philadelphia University and have continued to challenge myself throughout my career. I enjoyed very much working for an elite home builder in Berks County, Greth Homes and helping my customers build their dream home. I also completed rigorous training with Greth Homes on new construction including elements of Universal Design, Energy Efficient Homes Features, and overall residential building standards and specifications. Areas of Specialization: New home building is my expertise; however I have a great eye for design and architecture that is derived from my education and history in the Fashion industry. My new construction experience affords me the opportunity to help you understand the in’s and out’s of the new home building process, what land development entails, and what to look out for when choosing a builder. My Father-In-Law is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced contractor and owns a very successful remodeling company, KMB Homes. I’ve grown to learn how to analyze a home that may seem less than appealing, but may truly be that diamond in the rough! Additional Comments: It is so rewarding to see my customers so happy at the end of the home buying or selling process. I love what I do and go out of my way to make the experience seamless, exciting, and memorable from start to finish. I take great pride in knowing my customers feel like they are my only priority.
