Working with Dana was nothing short of amazing. I have had the unfortunate experience of working with some lazy realtors in the past and I wasn't really wanting to hire another one. But, I took a leap of faith and chose to hire Dana because of my situation- living in one state while trying to sell a home in a different state. To say the least, my expectations were fairly low in the beginning. I was dreading it. Dana absolutely surpassed any expectations I originally had and blew my mind out of the water. She helped me find contractors to finish the work we'd started and people to help tidy up the property some. I was expecting a train wreck and instead received nothing but the utmost quality work. Dana is fantastic! She is a go getter and always on top of the ball. When we were looking to sell our home (it was my childhood home and held many dear memories for me) I wanted a second opinion after a different realtor walked through and Dana was so willing to come over and just give her advice. When she came for the walk through, she showed up with a printed, hard copy market analysis of our home comparing it to similar homes in the area and other needful data. She was so kind and gracious during the tour and pointed out all the characteristics of the home she just loved - items I honestly had passed over. She recommended some changes and small updates we could do to the house so that it would meet all requirements for a variety of buyers. She connected us to a painter who did an amazing job painting the outside of our home. Dana stopped by every day we were working to see how things were going and what she could do to help. She brought us water and dinner a few nights and even entertained our children so we could squeeze a few more hours of work out. Once the home was ready to list, she walked us through the entire process of how selling would go, answered all our questions and provided information we didn't even knew we needed to know. She hosted an open house and was very professional and kind to all who toured the home. Unlike many open houses where the realtor just stands in the kitchen, Dana was interacting with potential buyers and pointing out highlights of the home. We received 20 offers in 48 hours. It was very overwhelming, yet Dana professionally handled some very aggressive and pushy realtors. She ensured us we could take our time. She read all the letters of interest with us and comforted me through my tears and we finally picked the perfect buyer for our home. Dana showed so much compassion throughout the entire process, I felt I was being helped by a best friend and not viewed as just a paycheck.
