We were relocating from another state and were lucky to have Dana as our realtor. With the market moving so fast, we knew we would probably be looking at purchasing a home via on-line. Dana really listened to what we were hoping to find, sent us a batch of listings in the areas we were interested in—and knocked it out of the park with the very first listing! Dana was able to give us a FaceTime video walk thru (showing) the very next day and make an offer. She made the whole process easy and smooth. Would highly recommend Dana.

Dana has unmatched experience and knowledge of the entire real estate process...from construction to purchasing to financing...making her a wonderful guide and resource through what can be a pretty stressful experience. Not only did she shepherd us through a several month prep time, when we got serious about actively looking and she had to be out of town for a personal obligation (at which point she assured us that would be the weekend we found "the" house...and it was!), she ensured we were taken care of by an equally qualified co-worker. She also stayed engaged remotely with us throughout the offer process (despite the fact that she had plenty going on where she was)! Dana Goodman is OUR realtor...can't recommend her highly enough!
