Id like to start of by saying I'm not one to write reviews ever... so the fact that i am writing this should clarify Dana is the BEST, as you can see in all her other reviews. Dana single handedly made my house buying process possible. My complicated situation with lenders was a nightmare and couldn't have gotten through it without her. The length of effort she goes to for her clients is unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it. I've never met a harder working, driven, knowledgeable, caring individual in my life. She may be friendly and extremely nice but make no mistake, she has an ability to flip a switch and make people get in line to push things along like none other. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dana Galli as my good friend, let alone relator. I feel bad for her adversaries because they have to live up to the service from this amazing realtor. My only regret from my house buying process was not using her recommended contacts, it would have saved me some huge headaches.
Dana is the greatest agent you could hope to find. She is extremely client-oriented and makes the home-buying process fun! Dana is the BEST agent I have ever come in contact with. Not only is she smart, she is also driven to do whatever it takes to get you the perfect home. She does showings whenever it is convenient for you. She is reachable all the time and truly wants to help you. Everyone we talked to said buying a house can be a nightmare, yet, we had fun and everything went smooth! I credit this all to Dana and her team. When we first met Dana, we had a budget in mind but wanted more than our budget could probably allow. She showed us every range of house and every house we asked to see. She was always available, day/night weekday/weekend. She answered all our questions and never got annoyed when we needed her to explain things. She helped us meet with builders because we were also interested in building. She helped us through both processes and was there for every meeting. She accommodated for our crazy work schedules. One of the best parts about working with Dana is that she will look out for you and make sure that your best interests are being protected. She never pressured us into anything. She gave her opinion when we asked for it. We felt that we made all the decisions throughout the process without ever feeling pressured to buy one house or another. You will not only have fun looking at houses but Dana will find the home of your dreams in your price point. At least, she did for us. She did all the negotiations and kept us up to speed at all times. We HIGHLY recommend Dana. If it were not for her, we would not be living in the PERFECT first home!
