Dana Galli helped my fiance and I find a first home in the Charlotte area. Throughout the entire process, Dana was extremely helpful, friendly, and fun to work with. She treats you like a friend, not just a client. She was always a phone call away if we had any questions. Dana did a phenomenal job of finding listings for us that were within our budget and taking us to tour them. She also has a keen eye for any flaws or issues with the homes we toured, to make sure we get a quality house without any major issues. While I know Dana is a busy woman, she does a really good job of making you feel like a priority. She goes above and beyond for you. Buying a home is a very stressful process, and Dana makes it a lot less stressful. She really does a wonderful job, and I cannot recommend her enough if you are looking for a home in the Charlotte area.

When I found out that we were packing up our family of 5 (plus dog) and moving to Charlotte to say I was freaking out would be an understatement. But, then along came Dana! From the very beginning she was encouraging and positive which was just what we needed at the time. Since we were still living in Atlanta Dana did many video walk throughs with us. She went beyond the pretty exterior and embellishments and really got down to the details of the homes from tiny (not so sturdy) attics to dark and unfinished crawl spaces. This attention to detail and passion for the homes “bones” and quality even won over my husband and he is pretty tough! Dana is amazing. Period. My wife and I just went through our first home purchase in Charlotte, NC and it went far from perfect. Often, the construction company or the agencies around the construction company were trying to avoid our contact when there was an issue with the house or if they were distant with updates, or would try to play items of concern down that we had with the hope that we would not understand the complexities of the situations that were involved around our house. The construction company, even assured us that "we do not need a realtor for a new construction." but we could not be more thankful that we decided to go with Dana for our home. Frequently, Dana would fight for us, follow up on any of the numerous email chains that were involved with the customer and the construction company, and provide context as to why what was being addressed was so important. Additionally, when it came to inspectors, Dana knew everyone. The inspectors were more thorough then what we could have hoped for and charged us a fair rate. She knows great people in the industry! Last, and definitely not least, some of the best work Dana did for my wife and I was before we even made the purchase. Dana worked hard to find any reason why we wouldn't want the house, to show us options that were of the same rate or price range in the area we wanted to make it sure to us that this is the house that we wanted. Additionally, she would accompany us at the review of what we wanted with the agency about what we wanted in our new construction house and what was overpriced, what is a fair DIY project, and what was more than worth the money that was being charged for it. Ultimately, Dana gave my wife and I confidence in what was a very large step in our lives and we could not be more thankful.
