Dana was recommended by the agent selling our home in Kenosha County. Dana was as good as she said he would be. He was very patient with us. We were in the situation that we could not make an offer until we had a closing date on our home. He kept us updated on what was available in the area we were interested in. He would check out the homes to see if it was worth our drive (2 hours) to check out a house. When we did visit homes with him, he was very thorough looking at everything (electrical, plumbing, etc). He even provided dinner for us the day of the closing so I wouldn't have to cook (without pot and pans). Dana was great to work with, and I would highly recommend him as your realtor. Dana is a “people person” and works very hard to sell your home. Dana worked with me to line up contractors to do painting and carpet installation, and helped prep my home for showing. He did a great job in the listing and we actually got an offer on the first showing, over asking price, that ended up being the buyer of our home. Even though we had an offer, it was contingent on the sale of their home, and Dana lined up an open house that weekend to see if we could get an offer without contingencies. He kept working hard on the sale all the way through closing, and even helped me move into my new house. Best realtor ever!
