In 1998 I helped my first real estate client and since then I have been involved with more than 500 successful closings. A large part of my responsibilities involves understanding your needs and how it fits in with the current and future real estate market. Since first entering the real estate market I have kept up to date on all the new trends, data, new laws and continuing educational classes.
Being born and raised in Wisconsin has been my good fortune. I come from a family of 19 Aunts and Uncles and three siblings. From early childhood I have always had an interest in marketing good products while gaining friendship through client relations. After finishing school I worked on several inside sales positions. That was an enjoyable experience to have the public coming to me for the product but I wanted to get more involved with the decision making that led these consumers to choose their product. That is what led me into real estate. The product that my clients choose is typically something that fits their current or upcoming individual or familial needs. What if it doesn't? That is where you will find my knowledge and attention to detail will help to uncover all the pros and cons leading to well informed decision making. I discovered this as rewarding for buyers and sellers as it was for my reputation. Creating a win-win situation is evidence that you will have a successful experience that you are proud to share with your friends and family for years to come because my goal is to have raving fans.
