Dana knew the market and priced the house to sell. We had an offer within a week. She was able to have my mom sign all of the papers ahead of time so she didn't have to go to settlement and hand delivered the check after settlement. Dana made the whole process painless.
Dana is one of the most detailed real estate agents that I have ever come across. She has an amazing drive and foresight in this ever-changing chaotic real estate market.
This was our 2nd time using Dana and it was great both times. I would not use another agent.
Dana made appropriate and timely recommendations as to when to list and how to price our home. Dana was most helpful in evaluating the many offers and making the right decision on the ultimate winning offer. It was more than price alone that won bid and Dana helped broker all the terms and contingencies. From agreement to settlement, Dana was on top of all the variables and communicated well throughout the process. We highly recommend Dana.
Dana was great. We had some unexpected issues where a buyer fell through and Dana immediately relisted my condo and we had another buyer in 24 hours.
Dana is a pro. She always makes the real estate process as easy as possible for her clients. My last sale with Dana was absolutely painless. The transaction was handled remotely and went perfectly.
