She was always available by phone or text to answer our questions and concerns. 2 dumpsters, 2 truckloads to Goodwill 3 pods, and 10 days later and our house was on the market! The next day on the Broker Tour, (and with her extensive client list), she told the many prospective buyers that we would take a preemptive offer of about 7% over asking and bada boom...it was sold by the end of the day...well within our 21 day contract and no open house hassles. Dana was great on several levels. Bottom line, she sold our house 5 days after it hit MLS, and before it was officially taking bids at asking price, for 10% over asking price with multiple offers. Dana was able to stage our house with our own furniture and decorations with great recommendations on how to de-clutter to make the house show well. Dana had great recommendations regarding what needed to be done (and excellent people to do it), while at the same time holding to an "as is" on many of the identified flaws. She held relator walk through' s and open houses that hit a wide market, and the photo's and videos showed our house to it's potential (she's a bit of a perfectionist in the area, and had some of the work redone). She listened well to what we needed and made great recommendations on how to achieve our goals in the process. Again, Dana sold our house sooner than we thought possible (lessening that stress of making a sale while building a home), and got us the time we needed to see our home completed, and move in to our next home. Dana removes a lot of the stress associate with selling a home, and gets a price that makes both the seller (most important for me) and the buyer (also important) happy.
