We worked with Dana to buy our condo after meeting her at an Open House. The sellers were not the easiest people to deal with. Dana not only showed grace under pressure but kept us calm as well. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us a great deal as we were conducting our business from out of state. Even handling documents could get a bit complicated sometimes with the sellers not being very computer savvy. We really appreciated the extra effort she put in. She was professional and always available to answer our questions. We even had to renegotiate the offer after the inspection and her advice was practical and well thought out.
