Dan helped us navigate a tricky sewer line issue, going so far as to talk with our lender and use one of his contacts at the lender to help us when the financing got derailed, all while being under a tight deadline. He also did a great job negotiating concessions from the seller. During the showing process he was never pushy and did a great job at keeping everything in context. And importantly, he was never afraid to say ‘I do t know’ and then go off and do the research if the question warranted it.
