I have been using Dan for about the past 10-11...
I have been using Dan for about the past 10-11 years for all of my real estate transactions and refinances. Good thing about Dan I'd that he is a real estate broker and mortgage broker, a one stop shop. I just bought a house on Glendora and had a few hiccups along the way with the lender. Dan worked with me and lender rep on resolving the issues. Everything worked out, and the house just closed escrow. Dan is very attentive, quick to respond to calls-texts-email, and very detailed. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues as well.
