Our realtor was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was always professional and had very good ideas about staging our house for listing. She was very knowledgable, honest and candid about all of our options during the whole process. She made sure we got the best outcomes all the way through closing. I cannot imagine having a better realtor. My house under contract in less than a week. Dan is a very professional dealing with customer. He understands clients’ demand. He gave me a good recommendation what to do what not to do. He answer to the point very clear. For example, i ask him should the house be empty or i can keep some furniture in the house. He recommended that when the house is empty, will make it look bigger, nice and a new buyer will enjoy imagine how to put their furniture in the house in the way they want not in the was it was. I really like Dan experience in selling the house. We have a Fifth-wheel camper parked in the driveway we think it’s ok but Dan said this huge thing has to move. And we did what he said. We put the house for listing first week of April, second week of April house under contract the we sold it on May 21,2020. Very fast!! And Dan has a very good attorney for us too. The settlement was on May 21, 2020. On May 22, 2020 early in the morning we got our check. So surprise, very nice people, they really help, we don’t have to drive 6 hours back to Delaware.

Where do I start? From Day 1, Brigette was very informed, knew the area & once she knew what we wanted, went into action, allowed my children to get off work so we could go together, had several houses to show.
