My agent is amazing. She is so well verse and real estate process and I believe other agents need to work hard to reach her level of customer satisfaction. If there was awards for real estate agents she would be nominee every year if not a winner ever year.
This was our first time buying a house, and Dan and his team made this process so easy! Dan answered all my questions and concerns and always replied quickly with my texts/phone calls. When we tried to sell years ago and couldn’t she was so helpful in providing constructive feedback for future marketing. We followed that advice and years later a successful sale happened! The entire process was seamless and we owe it all to her hard work and foresight. She even called a week after our settlement just to make sure we were still comfortable with our sale and purchase of another home. She is worth her weight in gold!

My house under contract in less than a week. Dan is a very professional dealing with customer. He understands clients’ demand. He gave me a good recommendation what to do what not to do. He answer to the point very clear. For example, i ask him should the house be empty or i can keep some furniture in the house. He recommended that when the house is empty, will make it look bigger, nice and a new buyer will enjoy imagine how to put their furniture in the house in the way they want not in the was it was. I really like Dan experience in selling the house. We have a Fifth-wheel camper parked in the driveway we think it’s ok but Dan said this huge thing has to move. And we did what he said. We put the house for listing first week of April, second week of April house under contract the we sold it on May 21,2020. Very fast!! And Dan has a very good attorney for us too. The settlement was on May 21, 2020. On May 22, 2020 early in the morning we got our check. So surprise, very nice people, they really help, we don’t have to drive 6 hours back to Delaware.
