Dan is absolutely amazing. He will take time to walk you through the whole process and help you evaluate each decision along the way. I don't know how he does it by he makes it seem like you are his only customer; he is always available and gives you all the time you need to be comfortable at each step. Dan has help me buy 2 homes, sell one, and now we are in the process of selling another. I wont use anyone else!
