Dan was everything we could have asked for in a realtor and more. Dan worked around our schedule and was usually able to get us in to see homes within 1 or 2 days. He was always available by phone and answered all of our questions usually within minutes. He was tasked with the seemingly impossible task of finding a home for a family of 7 that my wife would love. Considering I wasn't exactly sure what that was this was quite the task. Dan not only found our dream home, he was able to facilitate a fast close on a difficult VA loan. Dan's knowledge of the market and the area are second to none. He offered valuable advice each step of the way. I do not ever plan on being in the market again but if I were, Dan would be the first person I'd call.
