Dan was everything we could have asked for in a realtor and more. Dan worked around our schedule and was usually able to get us in to see homes within 1 or 2 days. He was always available by phone and answered all of our questions usually within minutes. He was tasked with the seemingly impossible task of finding a home for a family of 7 that my wife would love. Considering I wasn't exactly sure what that was this was quite the task. Dan not only found our dream home, he was able to facilitate a fast close on a difficult VA loan. Dan's knowledge of the market and the area are second to none. He offered valuable advice each step of the way. I do not ever plan on being in the market again but if I were, Dan would be the first person I'd call. The things I appreciate about Dan's service the most are: * He allowed us to look at houses without standing over our shoulder and trying to "sell" the house * Prompt communication. Dan would always return texts and calls within minutes. * Dan knows the area and the market and offered excellent advice on where to look and value of homes * His personality made the entire experience extremely enjoyable

Dan represented me this year selling my previous home. He fielded hundreds of phone calls, many showings and offers and helped to successfully negotiate a sale in July. I could not be happier with his expertise and knowledge of the process and the end-result we obtained.

I am pleased and blessed by my experience with Dan, he has been a GOD-send and without his help I would not be in my home today. I am thankful and he has been a blessing in my life truly.
