Dan working with us on our house hunt made the whole process much less stressful! He worked diligently to find leads on new properties that would better fit our needs. His connections with other agents and contractors provided context we wouldn't have been privy to without him. This also made our experience closing on a house much easier, as he "had a guy" to take a look at everything we needed. Not only is he very personable and fun to tour with, but he also has a great sense of the Lexington area both in terms of market value and neighborhood feel. Additionally, he was incredibly accommodating, working with us virtually and across time zones without any delay in communication. Overall, having Dan as our agent was a great experience and we're super excited about our new home!
