Want an agent who will put in the time to find your perfect match, then Dan is your guy! He takes the time necessary to understand your orientation as a buyer, teaches you how to shop the market and and then anticipates challenges throughout the process. We were relocating to Lexington and Dan had been referred by several other new to KY buyers at my wife's company. Even before touching down at Bluegrass for my first visit, Dan and I had discussed our lifestyle, Lexington area neighborhoods, time frame for purchase, priority home attributes, etc. Dan helped me build an itinerary so that I could drive around and get a better feel for our new city the day prior to our first day out together. This helped me short list neighborhoods so that we could focus our time on what was relevant. We were also able to start the discussion on short term rental that resulted in a good AirBNB solution that provided us a nice three month window to work the market. Dan would send alerts any time a property matching our profile hit the market, including one that had not yet been listed. Any time we were interested in a property, he was able to schedule a showing within hours that always fit our schedule. This is critical to win in today's hot market. By the time we found our home, we had developed into a high functioning team which was critical to get through the negotiation, mortgage, inspection, closing process, etc. This is an overlooked part of the process, but Dan really made a difference here as he had an uncanny ability to anticipate where we would encounter challenges on the way and prepare for how to mitigate them. We are a week since close and I still communicate with Dan almost every day for support and advice with all the activities that sprout up after your purchase. At this point, I can't imagine having gone through the process with anyone else.
