Dan helped me sell my duplex in Rancho Cordova. It was a difficult situation with repairs and tenants to accommodate. He treated the tenants fairly and courteously and helped to arrange the tenant move-out. He even helped clean the property up before showing and spent an afternoon helping the tenant move out. He was also a great help with contractors and estimates on the repairs. We got the property sold above listing price and on time. Highly recommended.

This is my fourth deal with Dan and my first sale. He knocked it out of the park in the past for me with two rental home purchases in tough times for a buyer and more recently on the purchase of our dream home in the country. Dan was awesome to work with prior and during the sale of my house. I called Dan one day out of the blue and asked him about his experience being a realtor. We chatted for a while and talked about the house I was interested in selling. He got right on it and gave me the latest Real Estate activity around my neighborhood to review at my leisure. There was never any pressure to do anything. He sized my home up with the current conditions, the going market and gladly gave me his professional suggested selling price. Myself not living in the house and living hundreds of miles away we did all our discussions and documentations via phones calls and online.
