I liked the ability to look up the MLS at my leisure without being pressured. I learned that you have to be ready to buy house quickly in this market and Dan's guidance helped us get there quickly. Dan responded quickly to my phone messages, emails and text messages. Dan went out of his way to look at properties, drill down for more information and acted quickly with our offer. I felt confident that we would eventually find something. We called/emailed two other brokers about the same time or slightly earlier but they never replied back to me.
