Dan Berg is an exceptional agent, professional, honest, approachable, and prompt. He went above and beyond to provide information to the sellers and their agent that ultimately ended in my offer being accepted, despite being up against a cash offer. He was always willing to travel to surrounding areas to look at houses for me, sometimes returning to the same out-of-the-way towns in the same day. He was very amenable to having my friends accompany him to several houses, since I lived 7 hours away. I purchased my house without ever having stepped foot inside of it, and I felt confident about the entire process, thanks to Dan.
