I’ve had a the privilege of working with Dan three times in the past. Dan is professional, an amazing negotiator, and always gets the job done. He’s as good as they get.

Dan and his team really made the process of selling our home seamless. From the initial meeting and intro, his warmth, compassion, and market knoweldge was felt and noted. Each step of the way he guided me along the process. Home was always cared for and looked after in my absence. They found the perfect family fit for my childhood home. He respected my needs for flexibility and handled us with such care for an emotional move. I would recommend him over and over again!

I am not one to use hyperbole however when it comes to Dan Adams, I am able to say that you will never find a better real estate agent. Every aspect of our experience with him has been remarkable. From selling our home, buying another, moving, providing referrals for honest and personable lawyers, mortgage and insurance brokers, and movers the process has been smooth with less stress than we could have imagined. plus having the most pleasant personality I have ever encountered, Dan is the man.

Dan was a real lifesaver! A year ago I was handed the task to take care of my uncles estate in NY. Residing over 80 miles away from my uncles condo made the sale process quite complicated. Dan went over and above to get the condo ready for sale and handled almost everything for me. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, uses his resources to get things done and patiently guided us thru the entire process so there were no questions come closing. Dan genuinely cares about his clients and it shows. We were lucky to have Dan as an agent and feel I have even gained a friend out of the deal. I appreciate his in depth knowledge of current market trends along with his extensive experience that allowed to to accurately guide us on cause and effects through current market cycles.He doesnt just show you homes for the sake of "filling" in fodder - the homes suggested to view were aligned to our wants and dont wants - making our home buying experience as succinct and precise and not a waste of our (collectively) time and efforts.From getting our offer submitted, accepted, and throughout the process to close Dan and his team are the "Goldiocks" of communications.Not everyday but just the right cadence to keep us updated in the know and not feel like the deal is falling off the rails.All in all Dan was so impressive - we retained him to sell our previous home - All in all if you need representation on any real estate deal - I highly recommend him and the team overall!

We had just begun sneaking into open houses just to see what was out there. We found the home we just loved and the showing agent super energetic and passionate (more on this one later). Got us pre approved and a agent to make an offer on the property all under 24 hours. Bad news ... we didnt get that house... Dan sold it already! Booooo (I should take off a star!) Good news ... Luke the showing agent is outstanding. His energy, authenticity, professionalism and communication is top notch - so much so - we decided to go with him and Dan's team in search of our new home. Fast forward - We found a house - Made the offer - Closed on the house all under 8 weeks total. And thats because seller had a list of issues to cure prior to closing . Dan's team now represent us on SELLING the old home. After taking copious notes on what was to be addressed .. the house listed and we received multiple offers after the first showing and are now in contract as I write this review. Dan himself has been instrumental through out the whole process. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience and has professional contact list to address every situation to best position you buying or selling. What else can I say? He's frank, to the point, responds to all inquiries, expertly negotiates, plans ahead, all in all making both a buying and selling transaction as smooth as possible. Yes buying a new home is very stressfull.. But will be far less stressful with Dan and his terrific team!
