Damon is originally from Long Island, NY, and attended Stony Brook University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. Before entering the real estate industry, he was the Director of Business Development for an aviation company. Managing international clients from across the world (including Dubai, Brazil, Ireland, Germany, and Canada), Damon’s extensive sales and management background has given him the necessary skills to be a successful real estate professional, as well as earning him valuable connections abroad.
Damon is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. In his first year in real estate, he was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” designation, which is given to the number one new sales agent in the nation. In 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2020, he was presented with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award, which recognizes outstanding sales performance by top-producing sales associates. He has closed over $85M in Lee County sales over the last 9 years.
As one of his clients, you will receive regular feedback and updates on your progress - as often as you would like that to be and in the manner of your choosing. He also believes that real estate requires a personal touch. That means he will oversee everything personally.

Damon and his wife, Julie, have three dogs and usually a few horses as Julie is a lifelong, avid equestrian. They both enjoy the same things - Formula 1, ice hockey, and traveling.
