Excellent out-of-state representative!

Damon helped us buy our dream home while we were out of state! He went above and beyond in every area, especially with communication: not a day went by without a call or text to update us on potential properties. He sent pictures and videos from on-site visits that we couldn't do in person. He has a true gift for collaboration and teamwork which we saw in action from start to finish, both among his own team and in working with the seller's team. His contacts proved to be solid, including roofing & landscaping, and he personally oversaw work at our home before we arrived, which was incredibly generous and kind. Above all, Damon's positivity and genuine excitement for us made us feel like he was truly our best representative during the home buying process.
