He is very knowledgeable in the industry and is never too busy to bring you up to speed. No question is too dull, he prioritizes his client's understanding so they can have confidence during the entire process of purchasing a home.
Unbelievable service. Helped me and my partner successfully buy a house for a cross country move in less than 5 weeks. Built me a website with dozens of updated listings, talked to me almost everyday, arranged for a single day fly-out to check some of the best, helped me close in 3 weeks, and is still busy connecting me with local service providers and answering my (sometimes silly) questions. I am so thankful that I was connected to Damon and his associates through Zillow, and wouldn't dream of buying a house in Southern California without him.
Damon was recommended to me by one of my friends. He was truly incredible. Our home buying journey was so chaotic because the market was going through the roof and all-cash buyers weren't letting anyone compete. It was so frustrating and demoralizing. We were searching for homes for 8 full months in two different counties and Damon was with us all the way. He was incredibly communicative, focused, detail oriented, highly professional, personable, and he treated us not only like he was exclusively dedicated to us, but he also treated us like family. We don't think any other agent would have stuck with us for so long and made it a personal mission to make us happy. And there were many times he told us to stay away from a particular home, when he could have taken the easy commission instead. I never felt like he was on commission in fact. Another thing that makes Damon special is he builds a professional and personal rapport with listing agents in such a way that they know, like, and trust him - and many times expressed that they wanted him and his client to win the deal. Were it not for this attribute, the home we finally got would have definitely gone to someone else. It made all the difference. I feel like I want to do an infomercial on Damon. He's the real deal.
