Dalton Woolard

We worked with Dalton from April 2019-August 2019 when we purchased our home. We were expecting a baby in late August so we were on a timeline to buy a home before our baby was born(and we did). We also have an 8 year old. Dalton was aware of our situation and was always understanding of us being in a hurry to buy a home and therefore, he was quick to get us in to see houses and get the ball rolling with the properties that we were interested in. Most of the time we had to bring our 8 year old to look at houses-he even came to our closing-and Dalton was always very understanding with this, and was never bothered by our kiddo tagging along. Every time we called Dalton for an update or for additional information we got answers to what we wanted to know; even if he had to call someone else to push things along, he did just that! He knew our unique situation and made sure to help us get what we wanted! We now have a home in the town we wanted, within our price range, and with the small time frame we had.
