Dale Williamson

Dale is like a favorite Uncle. He is familiar to you and puts you at ease right away. He explains everything simply and doesn't make you feel like you don't know what you're doing, even when you truly don't. He is available to reach all the time and even though you may be a bother at times (given the stress of selling or buying a home). We chose Dale because he was the seller's agent when we purchased the home and we had a really comfortable relationship with him that when we decided to sell the home, we thought of no other realtor to handle our sale. I highly recommend Dale. I can't say enough about how personable he is. He is kind and warm and you can't do wrong with having him on your side. He sold our house in record time, kept us informed every step of the way, got a good price for us. He made all the difference in what is a very stressful time for anyone.
