Her interpersonal skills are excellent and since I am an out of town buyer, she set aside all the time needed to learn about the area so I was able to make educated, smarter decisions. Dale has built up an impressive contacts finding excellent referrals for the inspection, work people to fix any issues and even an agent for the condo insurance.
