With a career spanning over 30+ years in sales, marketing, real estate development, and investment, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to the real estate industry. My journey began right out of high school in my family’s business, where I learned the fundamentals of sales and customer service and quickly became a top performer.
Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, I launched and grew a successful consumer electronics company specializing in communication solutions for the wireless industry. After 12 years of building that business, I sold the company and shifted my focus to real estate investing. What started as a passion quickly became a full-time career, leading me to become a licensed Realtor in 1995 and later a Real Estate Broker, opening my brokerage in 2001.
As a Maryland resident for life, I have personally been involved in the development and renovation of hundreds of properties, which has given me first-hand knowledge of market trends, property values, and investment strategies. My experience allows me to offer clients data-driven insights, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and expert negotiation skills—giving me a distinct edge over the competition.
