We were relocating from PA. The realtor I had been in contact with short changed me on time for the trip we were making to search for a house, so I sent a letter to three realtors. One was your typical blow hard, promising the moon. Dalal actually read my letter, responded with houses, and listened to me when I made changes. When we met her for the first day of house hunting, she lined up nine houses. We loved them all, and would happily live in three of them. We made an offer, and feel like she got us the best price and had the seller pay her fair share, if not more. We couldn't be happier. She was willing to spend the whole weekend with us, but no need. We got our business done and we're able to spend some time visiting friends and enjoying the city. Then she shepherded us through the whole process to settlement; not easy from across country with a three hour time delay. I sing her praises to everyone I meet.
