Our realtor Dakota Williams was amazing to say the least. She was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and most importantly she was dependable.

She took time to become familiar with the features of my home, checked the rates of the homes selling/sold in the surrounding area, provided an estimated selling price and the best way to market the property. She also made sure that I was onboard with her selling strategy "before" proceeding. She is very responsive. She listened to my needs and quickly answered my calls, emails or texts. No waiting for hours or days to receive an answer. Always also arrived on-time and prepared for meetings. Signing legal document can be a challenge and scary especially when you do not understand legal terminology. Ms. Williams made signing easy by explaining legal jargon and required legal formalities. She believes in protecting her client from getting blindsided. I must mention, years ago she assisted me with my rental property, so when I decided to sell it I chose her because I was comfortable and confident is her knowledge and work ethics.
