Dakota did a really great job selling our condo. He had several open houses and stayed on top of everything. It only took a month which is good for a condo and the location. When the offer came in he took his time to sit with us to go over our options. Dakota is very patient and understanding. He found us a great little house and did a good job in selling our condo. I would highly recommend him.
