Dakota is a full-time REALTOR® licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the process. A lifelong Seacoast New Hampshire resident and graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she brings deep knowledge of the area and surrounding communities.
She lives on the Seacoast with her husband, their three children including twins and their older son, and their fur-children. While she loves to travel, this area will always be home. As a homeowner herself, Dakota understands firsthand what goes into buying and selling and the emotions that come with it.
Real estate was a natural fit, combining her passion for helping others with the ever-changing nature of the industry. To her, it is about more than properties and negotiations. It is about helping people find their place and create a life they love.
Deeply rooted in her community, Dakota is actively involved in her local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce and is the co-founder of HER Community, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. With her local expertise, strong organization, and trusted network, she is committed to delivering a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
