Maria Shute is an outstand real estate agent!

Maria provided outstanding guidance from the time we first met all the way through closing. She took the time to carefully go through the house I was selling and provided good advice for making sure that it was ready to be put on the market. She also made solid recommendations regarding the listing price to attract as many potential buyers as possible. Maria also made it very easy to sort through the offers that were made while taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each. In short, Maria is a fantastic real estate agent with whom I would be more than happy to work with again.

Great Agent for First Time Buyers

We worked with Maria for over a year and half in a really tough market. She was knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we may have had. From day one Maria made sure to help us understand every aspect if the process. When it came time to close on a property, Maria made sure to give us a detailed list of all of our next steps and she was able to make great referrals for us each step of the way.

Patient & pleasant to work with

Excellent first time experience

Maria was a great value to me. This was my first property I have bought myself, and Maria made the process a lot easier then I ever could expect. She had great advice on what questions I should ask my inspector, and what do expect when making an offer. I appreciate everything she did for me couldn’t have asked for a better agent, for my first time experience.
