Dacia is both a neighbor and has become friend. I insisted there be an agent there for every showing, common in most upscale areas except Hilton Head and she was happy to do so. Dacia really went above and beyond helping find our investment property. I was a remote property owner. Dacia told me she would take care of everything! And DACIA DID. Dacia is more than awesome. She identified some problems, fixed them, went shopping and by the end of the afternoon, Dacia had my humble little abode looking like the Taj Mahal!
