D Kim Strange

Kim Strange is by far the best realtor I could have gotten with the move I was making. I was relocating from New England to North Carolina. I knew I wanted to be in Moore County. The very first thing she did was take the time to get to know what I was like and the kind of area that I would fit in and that would meet my needs. I was not able to be here to look at properties. Kim was the kind of realtor that wasn’t afraid to climb in an attic go into a crawlspace. She was extremely thorough with looking at plumbing , furnace, air conditioning heat pumps and any damaged or cosmetic details in a property. Kim FaceTimed with me through every property. She told me what was around it. She always listed the amenities that were around The property. She was extremely well-versed in who to call for any inspections any repairs. This move would have been really hard if it hadn’t been for Kim. Kim is a very busy realtor and still takes the time. If I ever have to move again she will be the first person I called.
