My wife and I first met Cyrene in mid-July 2020 to consult about selling our condo unit and buying a single-family house. When she told us we’d be in a new house by September, we were excited but mostly skeptical given the daunting task of trying to find the right new home while also working on selling our current home at the same time. Of course, that was before we found out we were working with such an intelligent, savvy, and hard-working agent. I was looking to sell my home and started interviewing different agents. In fact, it took over half a dozen agents before I connected with Cyrene Dillinger. I was impressed with her attitude and ideas of what it would take to sell my place well. Let me start with Cyrene is fantastic at her job as is her team! My experience was unique in that we sold my house 3 times...2 buyers choose to back out for personal reasons of their own... which was stressful. Cyrene never missed a beat she just got the house right back out there. We were lucky in that there’s was multiple interest in the house! It’s was amazing the amount of time and effort that was put in by Cyrene and her team from redoing docunnets timely just making things happen. Even when I was so frustrated she just kept everything professional and kept me calm lol. Ultimately the buyers that purchased I believe were the family meant to be living there. Let me not forget to mention the resources she has... from people to pack, reorganize and move items for staging!! She even came and helped she pitched right in to get it all done! I mean really who does that anymore... client services alway a priority! I would highly recommend her and use her again in the future...

I decided to use Cyrene's help after meeting her at an open house she was hosting. I felt good about her because she seemed straight-forward and competent, and not like she was trying to charm me. I'm so glad that I chose Cyrene, because I continued to feel confident that she was really on our side. Cyrene help us buying our first home ever. She was excellent. Really helpful during this crazy process and reply really quickly to all the questions we could have.
