The site has the address wrong. Cyrene helped me sell 21013 Kenwyn Court, Topanga. This was a court ordered sale in a divorce, and my ex did everything she could to prevent it. She hired 3 other agents before Cyrene and was able to obstruct the sale each time. Cyrene did everything necessary to get an all cash buyer, sell a house with serious deferred maintenance (from my ex living it in), and succeeded where others failed. My experience could not have been better. She made an impossible situation possible and did it with style and grace. You cannot do better.

Cyrene was very accommodating to our schedule, seemed to be ever present, even when I should have waited to bother her over some detail. She was patient getting to know what I valued and stuck to the guidelines I laid out. When it came to discussing strategies she was direct and not shy in countering some of my opinions that were questionable. In the end she arranged the property in it's absolute best light. Offers came in quickly and after sorting out the various offers, our first selection fell through. No moaning, no groaning, just stepped right in to restart and still sold the property at above asking and sooner than my stated deadline. This was an eye opener. Cyrene left me with a much high level of expectation that future realtors will have to live up to.
